Seller ignoring and not responding

Seller its no responding to my request - item still under warranty but not working. I can't send messages. All saying it contains payment details!!!!!!!!

If it's more than 30 days after delivery there's nothing you can do about it through ebay.    Contact your payment provider and see if they will help.
