Seller has sent the incorrect return label

I brought an item which was 146cm it's arrived and it's badly damaged and missing a key which makes it unusable. I've requested a return and the seller has sent me a royal mail return, I've taken it to the post office they've said it's too big and they won't send it it needs to go through parcel force. I've told the seller this, and they've said they are not a delivery expert  and to try again 💀 I've explained it needs to go through eBay and he needs to rearrange it through eBay to do parcel force. He's now sent me a screenshot for evri QR code which again won't be accepted as it's bigger than 120cm and weighs more than 10kg. What do I do now? Because the return has been accepted I can't see a button to ask eBay to step in.

Seller has sent the incorrect return label

Contact eBay about it in the morning.  You can ring them or request they ring you by viewing this link on your phone - not on a laptop or PC:
