Hi 

I have recently returned an item throught Ebay Royal Mail service. They have delivered it to the sellers registered address. The seller has not received it because the address they confirmed is not the address on their Ebay account. Where do I stand with this?

As long as tracking shows attempted/actual delivery, then escalate case to ebay for refund.

It is up to account holders to keep addresses up to date.

There are 5 different addresses.

Some people have post from & deliver to places.
