Returned item not refunded

I requested a return for an item.

I printed the label supplied by the seller, and posted the item 11 days ago. I have proof of postage.

 

The Evri tracking number does not work.

 

The seller is saying he will refund me once the item is received. He is ignoring my requests to try and find or track the item himself. The label address appears to be some sort of third party returns handler- one of their messages to me was in German and I assume the third party deals with it on the seller’s behalf. Obviously this means I do not have the seller’s actual premises address.

 

It’s out of my control and I’ve done all I can but he is still not issuing my refund. 

 

To complicate matters further the eBay system hasn’t updated to show I’ve dispatched the item so now I’m within three days of the deadline to return the item and the system is still waiting for me to print the label, which obviously I’ve already done and posted the item and have the proof of postage.   Stalemate…

 

I cannot open a case as the eBay system isn’t giving me this option, presumably because it’s waiting for me to print the label I’ve already printed…

 

Any ideas please?

Returned item not refunded

You should always return items using the label supplied via ebay, to the address the seller has on ebay.    If the seller sent you a label to another address I doubt you can do anything if they won't refund your money but speak to ebay about it and see what they say.  You can request a callback on here:
