Returned item not accepted when delivered back

I recently returned a faulty item using the eBay returns label and when the item got delivered back to the seller they refused to accept and the parcel has been returned to me. What do I do now ?

As long as tracking shows attempted delivery, escalate to ebay, they will sort refund.
