Return too big to carry

Good evening.
I have been sent a faulty headboard and have been sent a returns label.
The headboard is too big and heavy for me  to take to the post office, I’m disabled and it’s miles away.
I have no way of sending the item back unless I get it collected, can I use the returns label and pay the extra? It’s going to cost a lot of money to pay Royal Mail to collect it, nearly half of what I paid for the headboard and the seller isn’t interested.
This just doesn’t seem fair when I’ve been sent a faulty item I haven’t got money to throw away like this.

Contact eBay Customer services with the Return case details to hand --- explain the problem and they should arrange to supply a suitable return label or Courier pickup of the faulty headboard by the Seller.
