If you used the return label supplied via the ebay return and the tracking showed delivery the refund should have been more or less automatic.   You'll need to contact ebay about it.  You can ring them or request they ring you by viewing this link on your phone - not on a laptop or PC:

Are you sure that it was not closed after refund made? Did you read what was said in advice from ebay of the closure.?

How did you pay, refunds go back to source and unless paypal, do take time, debit card 7 days, credit card up to 30 days.

There are steps you have to complete when returning an item.

You say the case closed, so I assume you started a return case through Ebay.

Ebay give you a date by which you have to send the item back.

Ebay can only know you have done this if you add tracking to the case.

Did you add tracking to the case when you sent the item back?

Once the tracking shows the seller has received the item, the seller has 48 hours to refund you.

If they don't, you can go back to the case and ask Ebay to step in.

If it looks as if you didn't return the item, or, if tracking shows the item has been received but you don't go back and ask Ebay to step in, a case can be closed because of lack of activity.

If the seller isn't helping, you could try and contact Ebay and see if they will reopen the case.
