Return label

I have started a return and the seller has told eBay that he has sent me a returns label however it’s been over a week now and I’ve still not received a return label, I have tried asking eBay for help to step in and solve this but I’m getting no where, what do I do?

The label will be a link on case to print it or use QR code at PO/carrier.

If not received, go to case & escalate (ask ebay to step in).

if you haven't been able to escalate your return you will need to contact ebay about it.  You can ask them to call you from here:
