Return label not sent

I've received a damaged phone case, I've requested a return, the seller has agreed and they've told eBay that they've sent me a returns label, but they have not. I have messaged them 3 times asking for a returns label but they just say don't worry?

Did you buy this from a Private seller?  Then,  if you opened a case for item damaged in transit,  eBay handle the refund with no need to send the item back first.

Otherwise the return label should be sent through the case details,  if it's not there, escalate the case on day 4,  eBay will step in and refund you.

Have they refunded you without needing you to return the item?

Phone cases are usually inexpensive so a seller might refund you without providing a label.

Of course, if you have not had your money back, you should, as advised, get Ebay to step in.

They will provide a label on the seller's behalf or just give you your money back.
