Return for Refund

I bought a case for Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 Slide camera Ring Stand Armor Shockproof Cover which did not fit my Fold 5 (old type) but I still received the smaller case. During order, I included a 16.5 cm cover since these old phones are longer.

On requesting a return, the seller asked me to send in some photos of the back of the phone, phone details i.e. make/model.

I have emailed these 2  days ago only to be told that the email 'could not be sent'.!!

Since I need this sorted, I will appreciate it if you intervene to get this resolved, please.

You don't have to send photos.   Just start a return on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041
select "Doesn't match description" and if necessary escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.
