Bought some software that allegedly came with 12 month subscription. When I received it the software only worked for 3 months and then stopped working. Tried to contact seller but no response at all. A few hundred pound down the drain. What do I do?
It's too late to do anything about it on ebay. They only allow 30 days for claims and don't get involved with warranties. If less than 120 days contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback.
