The length of time may be a problem. Cases have to be escalated within 30 days. If that option is no longer there contact ebay and ask if they can help. You can request a callback on here:

They may be able to do something if the tracking shows attempted delivery. If not and the item is lost in transit try a claim to the courier you used.
