I bought a pair of blackout curtains for my autistic daughter. As she has OCD I had to wash them before putting them up. They are NOT BLACKOUT curtains. The seller insisted they are blackout even though the room is as light as it was without them. They won’t give me a refund because I washed them but they advertised them as blackout and they are not. I am going to return them but what do I do when they don't send the refund? I feel like it’s a scam.
