Hi guys. I sold an item on eBay put didn’t receive the money. I was supposed to receive the money 48 hours after the parcel was delivered. The buyer returned the item and therefore I didn’t receive the payment and now I am being promoted by eBay to make a refund. Can anyone advise me. Thanks

Its how ebay refund.  They take it from your funding source but you get to keep the payment when it clears.

Thank you. I don’t think I have eBay funds. Normally things come off my card and go into my PayPal account 💙

The ebay funds are those from the original sale that the buyer paid to ebay and ebay will make available to you to withdraw into your bank account.

That's all done under the managed payments process.
