Sold 10 items last week, all posted same day all delivered same day. So far the funds have become available in three separate chunks amounting to about half the total sales and the rest won't be available until tomorrow or the day after. I don't understand the disparity between the availability of funds when they all sold on the same day. I swear they hope we'll forget to keep requesting access to OUR money by making us keep coming back. Is there anyway of streamlining the payout process because it makes no sense whatsoever

They may have sold all on the same day, but may not have all been delivered to your buyers on the same day, and it's when tracking shows delivery , that a payout is released , 2 days after that delivery date.
Nope, nothing to do with forgetting to ask for payouts, with no tracking showing delivery, payouts are released after 14 days.
Even ' forgotten' money will be paid out, money left in your Payment Summary is paid out on the first Tuesday of every January, April, July and October.

Everything was delivered by wednesday. Recieved money for 1 item Friday and another 2 items (at completely different times for some reason) on Saturday. Money for another 2 items said they'd be available on 1st June which has come and gone and there's still no funds available. The rest say Monday the 2nd and even if I do get my hands on MY money then that's 5 days after delivery, not 2.
Meanwhile for the 10 items that sold a week ago today and have all been delivered, I've been paid for three of them.

eBay do place sudden holds on payouts, they won't explain the exact reasons, as they cannot reveal those reasons for security holds.
All I can suggest is to contact eBay Customer Services to view those transactions and see if they can say when those payouts will be released, as more than 5 days have passed the actual delivery dates.
I strongly recommend contacting CS at 8 a.m. on weekdays as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
Please do come back if they do give you an answer, as it may help us to help others in the same situation.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.
