Purchase history

Hi

I reset my iPhone because I was changing it for another but I decided to keep my old iPhone.

l have now lost all my purchases when I go into purchase history.

Is there any way that I can get them back.

It looks like you started a new account when you reinstalled the app, this is possible if you sign in with Google, Apple or Facebook as this account was opened 05/02/2026

Sign out of this account and use your old details to sign in and you should be on your old account

It's not possible to delete purchases, they can only be hidden.    There's a "Show hidden" link at the top of the list.   You might also need to change the "See orders" at the top right of list to 2025.   

If the items are still not showing you must be logged into a different account.   So log out, clear cookies and back onto the right one.
