Hi received an email from eBay saying an item is unsafe to use and has had a product recall. I've contacted the seller but had no response, so I'm unsure of what steps to take next. Tried contacting eBay directly but not having much luck. Thanks
eBay still stick to their 30 day deadine for claims so if it's over that there nothing you can do on ebay to get your money back. If less than 120 days contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback.
