Problematic Seller

I wish I had seen the negative reports. I bought an item and cancelled it immediately. The seller ignored the cancellation request and claimed that she has shipped it whereas the sipping took place after 3 weeks. Avoid. Ebay although have acknowledged the cancellation and kept quiet about it. Ebay and seller violated the buyer protection act and ebay policy...what a farce. To return the unwanted item, I have to pay for postage equivalent of the price of the item.  This item will be binned - avoid this seller.

You need to know a bit more about the money back guarantee.

LATE DELIVERY allows you to open a Not as described return case, seller has to provide a reply paid label and on return refund in full.

Not a later delivery. I placed an order and cancelled it. Got a confirmation from eBay, also adding they'll follow up if I dont hear from the seller. I didnt hear and they didnt do a follow up. 
The seller ignored the cancellation. over a week later he claims it has been dispatched hence he couldnt cancel, which was a lie. The tracking shows it didnt leave the seller till after a week from his claim. The seller ignores communications and unlikely to provide a return label.  I have to pay for it. Total scam, to include eBay's dealing. The seller violated eBay policy and they have not even intervened.

The seller hasn't violated any ebay policy.  They don't have to accept cancellation requests.

Did the item arrive after the expected delivery date ebay gave you?
