Priority Campaign

Hi.

Hope anyone here can guide me about priority campaign,

I started priority campaign and I am getting charged by eBay for the keyword I never placed in my campaign

"Consolidated data from placements across eBay"

I am using, 

Priority Campaign>manual Targeting>Fixed Bidding.

Although I am manually add my keyword but out of no where eBay automatically charge with their on key word.

Now the point is how can I stop eBay to perform on my behalf because it's getting more clisk and no sales and my daily budget is ruined by this.

Hope anyone can guide me because I am unable to stop this from happening.

When you promote your listings using a priority strategy, your campaign will use a cost-per-click (CPC) model. You’ll only pay for clicks on your ads and the cost for each click is based on a second price auction, which means the fee charged will be determined by factors like listing quality, keyword relevance, your bid amount, competition from other sellers, and a reserve price (the minimum amount we've determined a click is worth, taking item quality, competition, seasonality, and marketplace thresholds into consideration).
