Pricing missing from listing form

Trying all afternoon to sell a car, but the type of sale (auction or buy it now) and Pricing sections are missing from the listing form. Impossible to list car for sale. Very frustrating.

Try listing it in a Classified ad format,  most will tell you that's the best way to sell a car on eBay.

You will need a laptop / PC for this not the app or mobile browser.  Chrome seems to work well with eBay.
