Posting and collection

My item has sold and it was collection and delivery. The customer as paid but wants to collect the item how do I make sure I receive my money. I don’t want the customer to collect and me not receive my money because I haven’t posted it. Thanks

You will have no proof of delivery, so as you do not yet qualify for money being released within 24 hours, then you will have to wait which could be up to 20 days.

Long winded way round, cancel sale and relist as collection. This is not always convenient for buyer who may not get refund quickly and therefore having to pay again., before refund comes through.

It would be a good idea when listing to select the two options of collection or postage, then it is up to buyer to choose when paying.

If your buyer selected collection at checkout eBay will send them a code for you to scan or enter to confirm collection, make sure to remind them to bring the code.

If they selected and paid for postage your best to cancel and relist as collection only so they can purchase it again as john1297576 says
