I’ve sold a guitar. Buyer opted for Yodel but turned out Yodel wouldn’t take something the size of a guitar so in the end I went with DPD. Item arrived and buyer is happy. It still says dispatched cause we didn’t use Yodel in the end. Should I do anything or will I get paid anyhows? It appears to say that I’ll get paid either two days after delivery or on March 1st whichever comes first. Do I need to do anything?
There's nothing else you can do. You cannot change tracking when you don't use Simple Delivery postage and without tracking on ebay the payment will be delayed, usually for 14 days but you may get it sooner.
