Postage

I paid for Royal Mail 48hr postage up to 2kg and posted my item, then got informed by the buyer the item was held at the post office as the postage didn’t cover the correct amount, he had to pay an extra £3.30 and I have just refunded him. As this is automated by eBay should they refund me?

Which item was it?

Some of your items have been sent using Simple Delivery but the chocolate looks as if you bought the postage.

If you pay for the postage, you must make sure you put enough on for the size and weight.
