Hi all
I sold an item and didn't realise the postage was wrong, this was a pre paid postage label from ebay.
When I tried to post it I was told that the parcel is over the set weight limit.
So I decided to pay out my own pocket obviously with a new label. I know realise that ebay won't transfer the funds until delivery has been confirmed.
I have informed the buy I have sent it out with proof.
My question is how will I get the money if the tracking number is different.
