Hi, I a buyer just bought three of my items (three separate listings) including the 'buyer pays' postage charges.  They've asked if I can consolidate the postage down somehow.  I'm very happy to put all three into one box - it'll still be within the chosen parcel size/weight limit.

Am I right in thinking I should just print and use one of the labels and, by virtue of me not printing the other two, the buyer will be refunded those two postage costs to their normal payment method in 30 days time?

You can use one label,  and yes,  if the buyer paid for 3 they will be refunded in 30 days for the 2 unused labels,  but here,  you leave yourself open to having 2 items untracked,  and a possibility if the buyer was dishonest,  for them to open not received cases for the two.

It's a bit of a faff,   but the best way forward,  would be to cancel the orders with the buyer's permission, so citing ' Buyer Requests to Cancel' .   This fully refunds the buyer,  and your seller performance is not affected.

Then, to relist the items together under one listing,  for the buyer to buy and pay again.  You will then have one label to cover all items.
