Postage Label Refund

Please can someone help me… prepaid postage label was deducted from my account but I didn’t use them . How can I claim a refund

Are you buyer or seller?

Buyers are automatically refunded for unused labels in 30 days sellers have to cancel label to get refund.

Looking at your items you need to register as a business seller on ebay.   Then you will be able to control your own postage.
