Post Your Item Message

I have an alert notification to post an item that is already showing as delivered. I purchased a postal label 

through Ebay like all my other orders but this one seems to have got stuck on "dispatch your item by..." and I can find away to remove the alert. When I look in Orders the item says delivered with a green check. 

Any suggestions?

Can I ask is this on the App you are having this issue? A few of us have also seen this so it would be helpful if you could confirm that please.
