eBay warns buyers in the user agreement that they do not guarantee the quality of items sold. This is one of the risks of buying here.
However, UK business sellers are required to accept returns for any reason, with the buyer paying the postage. Overseas sellers may also accept returns, but the cost of postage may be too high to make it worthwhile.
If the item does not match the description you can use eBay's money back gaurantee; the seller will be responsible for the return postage if they want the item back.
