I am in Credit for £14.52 with eBay as a former Shop Subscriber, this is not owing, I am actually in credit as confirmed in my Seller Account.
I want to subscribe to a new Shop, however I get the following:
You do not have a valid stored payment method. Please add a valid payment method before choosing your subscription. Add payment method
I follow the link and I have Added a payment method, but there is no option to choose - Manage and select for seller fees.
So now here is where I am left - Payment Method is added, but still I can not pay for a Shop Subscription. I am unable to talk to eBay directly, which is very frustrating and I hope they change their way of helping sellers communicate with them.
