Package size wrong. Item sold

Hello. Post office wouldn't accept package as the paid ebay qr label was for a letter rather then a needed package. How can I change this now? Item has been sold

You can cancel/refund the transaction with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown actions menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist with correct postage for the buyer to buy and pay again.

Or you could buy the correct postage yourself.   Then add the new tracking number via the More Actions dropdown menu or View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow.   That needs to be done on a desktop browser.   If not the payment will be released anyway in 14 days .

If you paid for the original label you can cancel it here:

If the buyer paid for it it will be refunded to them automatically in 30 days.

One other question how do I get the buyers address? Get it from the pre paid label?

Yes, get the label then cancel it if you're not using it.
