Package arrived on Time but in an absolute mess

Hi, 8 ordered some thumbsticks which arrived on time but in what can only be described as an absoloute mess. The actual thumbsticks seem OK but I haven't opened the package but in all honesty the actual state of the packet containing the item is beyond belief... How you could sell them in that condition is quite frankly astonishing and not acceptable...

Open item not as described case, seller provides returns label,you return for full refund. 

Escalate on day 4 if no label or refund. 

Ignore seller excuses.
