Hello eBay Team, I am a seller and unable to cancel an order. The buyer submitted a cancellation request but I did not accept it within 3 days so the request expired. Now the system shows: You cannot cancel this order because a cancellation exists on this order. The parcel has not been shipped yet and neither the buyer nor I can cancel the order. Please cancel this order on my behalf and process the refund to the buyer. Thank you.

We are members like you, the oder number means nothing to us and we cannot cancel orders.

Can you not cancel original request? and start again. If not I suggest you try refunding, if you can do that, then buyer will be happy, and you can just leave the transaction to disappear after 90 days.
