Hi…….a buyer who had submitted 3 offers(which I understand is the max) has asked me to send them the offer I would accept.How do you do that?….. any help would be appreciated

Your items are Buy it Now items,  so just revise item to the price you are happy to receive , and ask your buyer to press the Buy it Now and proceed to pay through eBay checkout.
