Not received the amount that a item sold for

So I sold a item for £120 and the buyer came and collected did the collection code and few minutes later funds cleared but only received £112.37 what's the reason for this with the buyer protection item went to just over £125 anyone have a reason for this? Ebay chat won't load so can't message them

There is a section in your account that itemises the payout amount.

Say sold 120 but the cleared amount in balance is 112.37
