I was ask eBay for help from 16 .and 17 and 23 December but no any reply yet from eBay and seller

If it's still within 30 days of the delivery date start a return on here:

select "Item doesn't match description".     The option to escalate it to eBay will appear after 3 complete working days.

You have 30 days - do not delay, do it today!  If you are too late then you do not get another chance.

The system is automatic and works providing that you use it correctly and escalate if needed. You do not contact the seller or eBay.  You open a case and that notifies both.   @mancha-5963
