I paid in full for an item. 12 working days passed and still no response from the seller despite sending multiple messages.

I am going through a cancellation process now and still no answer.

Ebay AI no help whatsoever. Impossible to get to a human who can help.

Very disappointed in whole process.

All you have to do one day after expected delivery date is open a NOT RECEIVED case.

You are just wasting your time messaging seller, he can ignore you but not a proper ebay case! Contacting ebay is pointless, they provide the means to deal with this sort of problem, so use them. Ebay cannot force seller to post or make things arrive earlier, it is up to you.
