If the cost of the item was under £10, payment will be released 24 hours after you get positive feedback.
If tracking shows delivery on the carrier's website, but has not been updated by Ebay, and it was delivered more than 48 hours ago, it looks as if Ebay Customer Services will release your payment if you contact them
