Why do I keep getting late dispatch messages when the item has been delivered

Check if you have to mark items as dispatched via the dropdown menu arrow next to each one on your orders page.   It should happen automatically if you buy postage through ebay but there are lots of glitches at the moment.   You have to do it manually if you buy your own postage, add the tracking too.

It's an eBay glitch which they know about and are working on a fix
