Marking an item as delivered

I knew that something I sold would be heavier and more expensive to post so bypassed the prepaid label. Buyer has received and happy with the item but I can’t get it marked as delivered!
can anybody shed any light on this? Thanks in advance

You need to manually mark the item as dispatched.

Go to Orders >> Awaiting Postage, click on the item then top left on View Order Details.

Far right from More Action drop down menu click on ' Mark as Dispatched' if you have it, add any tracking number there too.

If this is not possible using the app or mobile browser,  you may need a laptop / PC to manage this, use Chrome it works well with eBay.

Thank you. It’s showing dispatched but I can’t mark it ‘Delivered’ even
though I know it has been.

You cannot mark as delivered only tracking can show that,  Royal Mail tracking is sometimes not in sync with eBay tracking, the latter being slow to update.
