I purchased a Hoover from sellerfor £75, it was not working I returned it as instructed two months later I still have not received a replacement or refund total scam artists they don’t even respond to correspondence.

Sorry, but ebay MBG is only for 30 days.

Did you return it via an eBay return within 30 days of receiving it?

To be clear if it was not working [within 30 days] you simply open a case with eBay [do not contact the seller]

When you open the case they will send a label; if they do not you need to escalate the case at the time. 

If you send it back using the label then they refund - or if not you again escalate. 

As  said it is now all too late and you will need to contact your payment provider.
