Lost parcel, who's responsible

I've sent a parcel through ebay parcel link, the courier is evri, the parcel was lost so I've tried to claim with evri, they have told me to claim with ebay so I contacted ebay and they said your claim is with evri

You need to claim through Packlink, not ebay.
