Loss of purchase history and cannot access ststus of orders saying order not found

My purchase history is telling me I don't have any purchase history it has disappeared also unable to find out status of any orders as telling me order has not been found. Has anyone else had this problem

Have you signed on through Google or Facebook as that can open a new account.   Your old one would still be accessible though.
