I registered seller hub on ebay but I lived in Pakistan and my item location is uk and when I try to list item ebay restricted me to get approval but how I can get approval kindly tell me I m worried

You need to log out of this UK site,  and log into www.ebay.com to be able to list your items.

I log into ebay.com but still the same issue I faced if another solution

The issue then may lie in the fact you switched countries, for this you need to contact eBay Customer Services who have access to your account and can help you further here.
