Hello my names Owen and I'm starting to have a problem with one seller not cancelling my orders such as reed Richards ben grimm and johnny storm well ones not ordered yet but he's not even dispatched them two yet since the 1st so can you please help me put a case against him

You don't deal with the seller,  you open a case through ebay.

You can open an eBay case one to thirty calendar days past the expected delivery date.
