Hello

I hope someone here can help me as I can't get through to Ebay.

I had two items to send and for some reason I wasn't able to print the labels off. I upheld my obligations and sent the items with handwritten addresses.  Unfortunately, I'm now trying to explain this to Ebay as I have the ' Dispatch Overdue ' which it seems impossible to resolve. 

I have messaged Ebay, I have tried their defunct phone number, and nothing, except " thank you for helping us improve Ebay. "

Nothing you or ebay can do, money will be released after 14 days.

Have you cancelled the original labels, otherwise you will be charged  for them?

Thank for replying so quickly. No, I haven't cancelled the labels. How do I
go about doing that?

If you paid for the label you can cancel it here:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller

You need to do this within 14 days.
