Has eBay sent you a message that the buyer has paid? Then you must post the item to the name and address eBay have provided in the delivery details on the order.
You are a new seller have you fully registered for eBay's Managed Payments? All sellers hve to do this to receive payouts from sales, see here:
You need to provide eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified. The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive, and confirm to eBay.
Once this is completed, you will be able to list items for sale, and receive payouts from those sales.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
