Ive check on royal mail, the item i sold has been delivered but the buyer hasnt approved this, now I can't get my funds, and also struggling to contact eBay about this, the automated service isn't great for this situation
If the tracking is showing delivered on the courier's website but not on ebay you can contact them to get your money released using callback on here: https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid Otherwise it will be released after 14 days. If your account is classed as a new seller it may be held for 30 day anyway.
