Item too big to sell with Simple Delivery

I’m trying to list an art print, but the simple delivery options won’t give me an option for its size. Reading EVRI delivery options, they state they will not deliver art work. This is quite an expensive item, is there a way to list it with my own delivery options, because I can’t see one?

When you click on the packet size box during the listing process you will get the various size options in a pop-up.    If you need bigger than 61cm x 61cm x 46cm or heavier than 20kg scroll down to the bottom of the pop-up list and you'll see a link that says:
"Looking for heavier or larger package options?   Switch to custom postage."

It’s not giving me that option. The list goes to 20kg, but the size is too small.

You'll probably have to use a browser, on a desktop preferably.   You should be getting a pop-up with the option to switch to custom postage at the bottom.
