Item lost in my purchase history

I purchased an item and paid on the 25th May through Paypal but it is missing from my purchase history on Ebay. I was intending to contact the supplier in order to return the item but not listed. Tried to contact Ebay but just the assistant which made me go around in circles with no result.

If it's not showing in your Purchase History this may be because you made the purchase as a ' Guest Purchase', and for this your eBay account is not used.

If you logged in via Google etc. you may have bought as "guest buyer" without realising.   If so here's how to deal with it:

If it's not that it's possible the seller has been suspended by ebay and the item removed retrospectively.   When that happens you usually need to contact your payment provider about getting a refund.
