Item is pending awaiting delivery . the buyer has confirmed he has the item

hi 

I sent a item via royal mail 10 days ago that is still saying ' sender dispatched item ' and on the royal mail app 'we're expecting it' 

the buyer has confirmed he has already received the item on ebay messaging  . How do a get  ebay to register the item delivered so I can get my payment ?

i have asked the buyer and neither of us seem to be able to mark the item delivered  ?

If the tracking on the courier's website is not showing delivered you will have wait the money will be released after 14 days.
